How does gift wrapping work?
All orders over ₹2,000 include free standard gift wrapping. You can also choose Premium (₹349) or Eco-Friendly (₹199) wrapping at checkout. Each option includes a printed gift card with your personal message.
What's your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Gift recipients can also initiate returns — we'll send them a prepaid label.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available at checkout in metro cities. We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes! During checkout, you can write a personal message (up to 200 characters) that will be printed on a beautiful gift card included with your order.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
We're launching corporate gifting soon. For bulk orders of 10+ items, email us at care@giftinoccasions.com for custom pricing and dedicated support.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.
